I was flattered that Federal Reserve Bank of New York chose me for one of the three episodes of the podcast “Banking Culture Reform”.
There is much to gain for organizations to scrap the values, and behaviour, approach to culture change.
To change culture you have to change peoples assumptions, and the most effective way I know to do that is to put the culture components you want to infuse to work on a team’s toughest challenges. Once you get a few people to see the link between the new culture component and successful outcomes, then you help them change assumptions and thats where culture change need to start. Check out the podcast episode here, and read more about my skills based approach to culture change here.
Merry Christmas!
